Justin Carroll earns Panther of the Week after following up a school-record breaking performance in the men’s 800 with an NCAA Division II provisional mark in the event at the Buckeye Tune-Up on Friday, February 16. Carroll placed second in the 800 with a time of 1:54.70 and his converted time of 1:53.09 is an NCAA Division II provisional mark. The senior was named Great Midwest men's track athlete of the week last week for his school-record breaking performance in the 800 at Grand Valley State on Saturday, February 10 with a mark of 1:53.77.
Carroll is a senior sport management major and is a four-year competitor in track & field and cross country. He holds 11 indoor and outdoor track & field school records and has set three indoor school marks just this season.
