Cindy Hahn enters her fourth year as the Director of Compliance for the Ohio Dominican athletic department. Hahn moved into the compliance position at ODU following the announcement of the school's transition to NCAA Division II on Sept. 1, 2008.

A member of the of the National Association of Athletic Compliance (NAAC), Hahn developed a comprehensive compliance program that provided a rules education program for coaches, student-athletes, departmental staff, administrators and the campus community regarding NCAA rules and regulations. She was also instrumental in helping move the athletics program from NAIA to NCAA Division II status.

Hahn is no stranger to the Panther community after spending 21 years as the Director of Financial Aid for Ohio Dominican University. In 1987, Hahn was hired as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid and transitioned to the Director of Financial Aid in April of 1988 where she served until taking on the new role of Director of Compliance at Ohio Dominican. During her tenure in financial aid, Cindy was a member OASFAA and served on the executive committee. She was also a member of NASFAA and a compliance trainer for NASFAA.

Prior to coming to ODU, Hahn worked at her alma mater, the University of Findlay, in the Financial Aid Office. She graduated from Findlay with her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.

Hahn resides in Westerville, Ohio with her husband Bernie. Their daughter Meggan graduated from Ohio Dominican in the spring of 2008 and also completed her MBA at ODU.
