Nick Decker begins his second year as the Director of Football Operations for Ohio Dominican’s football team, assisting with the Panthers’ recruiting, film and travel.

A native of nearby Dublin, Ohio, Decker had previously interned with both the Carolina Panthers and Miami Dolphins. He helped both teams during training camps and worked in the Dolphins’ team operations department as well.

Decker worked as an assistant coach at Dublin Coffman for two seasons and as a game operations intern at Ohio Dominican in 2009. Decker graduated from Ohio State in 2010 and is pursuing his MBA at Ohio Dominican.
