Former Ohio Dominican player Alex Roy joined the coaching staff in 2011 as a graduate assistant and assistant defensive line coach.

The Diamond Bar, Calif. native played two seasons at Citrus College in California before arriving at Ohio Dominican in 2008. While at Citrus College, he helped the Fighting Owls to a pair of Western States Conference titles and earned a Scholar Baller award for having a GPA above a 3.0 in 2006-07.

Roy earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in management at ODU in the spring of 2010 and returned to Citrus to serve as an assistant defensive line coach in 2010.
