Bruce Benedict enters his third season with the ODU cross country teams, assisting his son and head coach Paul Benedict in all facets of the program.

Bruce is a long-time OHSAA and USATF official who has worked at high school district, regional and state championship meets in both cross country and track and field. Bruce ran track and field and cross country at Greenon High School and is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

He currently resides in Westerville.
