ALLENDALE, Mich. — Ohio Dominican track and field's Justin Carroll (Berea, Ohio) and Megan Tamasovich (Canal Winchester, Ohio) continued their strong indoor seasons on Saturday with two school records at the GVSU Big Meet.
Indoor school records have been set in six different events for ODU so far this season and the Panthers earned five indoor school record marks at Grand Valley State this weekend.
Carroll, who notched the men's indoor record in the 800 on Friday with a time of 1:53.77, set the men's 400 meter record at 49.09. The run earned Carroll a fifth place finish out of 67 and marks the ninth top 10 finish for Carroll this indoor season.
Tamasovich continued to re-establish a personal best and indoor school record in the women's high jump, notching a jump of 1.68 meters in preliminaries and finished second out of 20 in the finals with a mark of 1.63 meters.
