Junior Allie Atkinson (Ontario, Ohio) recorded her second goal of 2017, while sophomore Lindsey Sullivan (Marysville, Ohio) scored the first goal of her Panther career.

The Panther defense notched its third shutout of the year, allowing just three total shots and two shots on goal for Lake Erie.

Ohio Dominican scored its first goal in the 25th minute when Pavlik found the back of the net on a header from the close left wing after a corner kick from Atkinson, giving the Panthers a 1-0 lead.

In the 54th minute, Atkinson scored her second goal of the year from the far left edge of the box to push the Panther lead to 3-0.

Bates put the finishing touches on the scoring for ODU. In the 56th minute, she found the back of the net from the close left wing following a shot and save, and scored again in the 62nd minute after a deflection from a Lake Erie defender found her in scoring position, giving ODU a commanding, 5-0 lead.
