Women's Soccer Completes Regular Season with Contest at Cedarville

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio Dominican's women's soccer team travels to Cedarville on Tuesday to finish their regular season with kickoff set for 7 p.m.

About Ohio Dominican

Ohio Dominican comes into the game with a 9-5-1 overall record and an 8-4-1 conference record as they have a spot in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference quarterfinal locked up.

Earlier in the year, ODU walked away from Panther Stadium with a 1-0 win over Cedarville where Lindsey Rentzsch (Dublin, Ohio) scored her first goal of the year.

In that game, senior goalkeeper Marissa Wierzbicki (Powell, Ohio) faced six shots making all six saves.

Last week, the Panthers split going 1-1 with a 2-1 win over Kentucky Wesleyan and a 1-0 loss at Trevecca Nazarene.

In the win, senior Anita Ferguson (Columbus, Ohio) got the scoring started before sophomore Samantha Buck (Reynoldsburg, Ohio) got the game-winner later in the 40th minute.

Buck leads the Panthers with nine goals on the season along with five assists.

ODU comes into the matchup with a 3-3 record on the road.

About Cedarville

Cedarville comes into the matchup with a 9-6 overall record and an 8-5 conference record while being 5-2 at home this season.

Cedarville is also coming off a similar week as they lost to Trevecca on Thursday by a score of 1-0 before beating Kentucky Wesleyan 5-0 on Saturday.

Hannah Atkinson leads the Yellow Jacket offense with eight goals while Taylor Noll has four.

Leading the Jacket defense is Allison Garlock who, in 12 games played has allowed just 10 goals and had 28 saves.
