Women's Soccer Has Three Named to All-GMAC Teams

INDIANAPOLIS – Ohio Dominican's women's soccer team has three named to All-Great Midwest teams, the conference announced on Wednesday night at its semifinalists banquet.

Sophomore forward Samantha Buck (Reynoldsburg, Ohio) was named to the first team G-MAC list as she led the Panthers with 11 goals and five assists on the season. Buck also led the conference with six of her goals being gamewinners where she was also tied for 10th in the country.

Senior midfielder Susan D'Isidoro (Twinsburg, Ohio) was named to the second team G-MAC. D'Isodoro held down the Panther outsides as she played in all 17 games with 14 starts where she notched two goals with two assists.

Earning honorable mention honors was senior goalkeeper Marissa Wierzbicki (Powell, Ohio). Wierzbicki led the Panther defense as she played and started in all 17 games where she allowed just 16 goals with an average of 0.93 per game. Wierzbicki earned six shutouts on the year while having a record of 10-6-1 in between the posts.

ODU finished with a 10-6-1 overall record and a 9-4-1 conference record.
