Men's Golf Sits Twelfth After Round One of Flyer Intercollegiate

LEMONT, Ill. – Ohio Dominican's men's golf team holds 12th place at the Flyer Intercollegiate after shooting 316 in round one at Cog Hill Golf Club.

Sophomore Ben Herman (Germantown, Ohio) led the way for the Panthers sitting tied for 26th after shooting 77. Senior Blake Saffell (Somerset, Ohio) followed Herman shooting 78 which places him tied for 39th.

Junior Alex Heban (Toledo, Ohio) shot 80 in round one and sophomore Robert Holden (Hertfordshire, England) shot 81 to place tied for 50th and tied for 60th, respectively.

Fellow sophomore Dalton Crowley (Nashport, Ohio) rounded out the Panther five shooting 84 as he sits tied for 73rd.

Indian Hills Community College leads the tournament after shooting 283 on day one and Harry Fearn leads individually after shooting 66 (-6).

The final round of the Flyer Intercollegiate begins at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at Cog Hill.
