Trevecca Tops Men’s Soccer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Ohio Dominican's men's soccer team fell in a road, Great Midwest Athletic Conference match to Trevecca Nazarene by a final score of 4-1 on Saturday afternoon.

The Panthers (1-3-0, 0-2-0 G-MAC) attempted four shots on goal for the match compared to six for TNU. Trevecca held a slight, 14-11 shots advantage over ODU.

Sophomore Noah Kiser (Mason, Ohio) scored his first collegiate goal in the match on an assist from sophomore Alix Cassagnol (Silver Spring, Maryland), who notched his first career assist.

Trailing 1-0 in the 35th minute, Cassagnol found Kiser for the Panther goal, tying the match at 1-1. But TNU notched three more goals in the match, besting the Panthers by a final tally of 4-1.

Ohio Dominican will have a week to prepare for a Great Midwest match with Lake Erie on Saturday, September 16 at 7 p.m. at Panther Stadium.
