COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio Dominican's women's golf team will head to play in the Findlay Bing Beall Classic on Sunday and Monday at Findlay Country Club.
The Panthers have competed in this event seven of the last eight years where they have a best finish of second place in 2013.
At the Flyer Intercollegiate, the Panthers shot 350 on the first day before coming back to post a round of 318 in round two.
ODU will be sending junior Bailey Krueger (Canal Winchester, Ohio) who led the Panthers in the last event where she tied for ninth shoointg 85 and coming back with a 76 on day two.
Senior Kaylin Dill (Sedalia, Ohio) had a 20th place finish a week ago at the Flyer Intercollegiate as she posted an 88 in the first round before firing a 79 in her second.
Juniors Emma Romine (Marysville, Ohio) and Abby Swensen (Milford, Ohio) finished tied for 27th and 31st with combined scores of 171 and 173. On the first day Romine posted an 87 while Swensen shot 94. They both improved on day two as Romine shot 84 and Swensen posted a 79.
Fellow junior Tori Jones (Ashland, Ohio) will round out the Panther five. Jones tied for 49th at the Flyer Intercollegiate with rounds of 90 and 97.
Playing as an individual for the Panthers is senior Bailey Stephens (Mt. Sterling, Ohio). Stephens played in the Cumberland Trail Classic where she posted rounds of 86 and 88 where she tied for 59th.
The Panthers tee off at Findlay Country Club on Sunday at 12 p.m. and Monday at 9:30 a.m.
